Please read these guidelines and terms before booking a stay at Catacure Cat Hotel. Confirming a booking online means you have read and agree to everything below.

Admission guidelines

  1. Vaccination: A record of vaccinations within the past year is required. If no record is available, a veterinarian's memo or FIV/FeLV test results can be provided.
  2. Timely deworming: Cats must be free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites. We recommend deworming medication (such as Revolution) 1–3 days before boarding, with a video or proof of treatment.
  3. Sterilization requirement: We accept sterilized cats with a valid cat licence. Thanks for helping us care responsibly.
  4. Health status: Cats must be free of contagious diseases (such as ringworm, ear mites, feline distemper), show no aggressive behaviour, and must not have been ill or injured within the past 14 days.
  5. Check-in health examination: A health check is performed upon check-in. If a cat does not meet the health standards, boarding will be declined and the deposit will not be refunded.

Important notes

  1. Bring your own food: To prevent stomach upset, please bring your cat's regular food.
  2. Familiar items: Favourite toys or items that smell like home help your cat feel secure.
  3. Notify us of special needs: Tell us about your cat's personality and any special care needs for a more personalized experience.

Terms & conditions

I represent that my pet is current on all required vaccinations, is on monthly flea and tick preventative medication, has been in good health for the last 30 days, is not aggressive or possessive over toys, and that I have completed the cat profile.

1. Health

I represent that my pet has not had any contagious illness for at least 30 days prior to check-in. Catacure staff are not veterinarians and cannot diagnose illness. I assume all risks associated with the administration of medication during my pet's stay, acknowledge that vaccinations do not guarantee protection against all illnesses, and agree to indemnify Catacure against claims arising from my failure to disclose pre-existing conditions.

2. Flea and tick prevention

If fleas or ticks are discovered during check-in or the stay, Catacure may administer a flea bath and spot treatment at my expense.

3. Veterinary care

If my pet becomes ill or injured, Catacure is authorized to seek veterinary care at my preferred clinic or their partner clinic, including transportation. All associated costs are my responsibility. I release Catacure from liability for decisions made regarding my pet's care.

4. Pet behavior

I am financially responsible for any damage or injury caused by my pet to other animals, humans, or property. If my pet bites a human or animal, the hotel may contact the appropriate authorities.

5. Aggressive behavior

I certify that my pet is not aggressive. If my pet exhibits aggressive or unacceptable behaviour, Catacure may separate it from others to ensure the safety of all animals and staff.

6. Abandonment

If my pet is not picked up within 7 calendar days after the scheduled departure date, it will be considered abandoned, and Catacure may re-home it or surrender it to a legal shelter. I remain responsible for any unpaid charges.

7. Photo and video release

I allow Catacure to use my pet's name and any photos or videos taken during the stay for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

8. Personal property

Catacure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. My pet's collar may be removed to prevent injury during the stay.

9. Service fees

I agree to pay 50% of all fees and services prior to my pet's stay, with the remaining balance due upon check-in.

11. Consent for housing multiple cats in one room

When boarding cats together, I confirm they are compatible. Fight injuries or signs of aggression are deemed incompatibility. Catacure will not exceed room capacity, and I will not hold Catacure liable for injuries or behavioural issues arising from incompatibility. If cats show signs of incompatibility, they will be separated and I will be informed; additional charges may apply for separate accommodation.
